煤矸石活化利用现状及发展趋势OA

煤矸石排放量大,长期堆放危害严重,而煤矸石活化作为实现资源化利用的关键必需环节,需要深入了解其现状及发展趋势.本文介绍了煤矸石活化的背景及意义,简述了常见的煤矸石活化方法及原理,着重于采用活化焙烧的方法提取化工产品(氧化铝、二氧化硅、铁的氧化物及稀有金属元素锂、镓、钛)的阐述,并对相关工艺技术的研究现状及进展进行了总结,分析了当前煤矸石活化存在的问题,最后,对今后煤矸石活化的发展方向提出了建议.目前,煤矸石活化存在原料差异大、活化率低、经济效益低及二次污染的问题,具体而言:煤矸石原料差异大,活化需求不一,应聚焦煤矸石主产区,因地制宜地开展高值化元素的活化研究、推动煤矸石堆积区及周边产业的有机协同,发展煤矸石多元素、多组分梯级利用工艺流程和技术;对于活化率低的问题,可组合活化方式,优化组合活化工艺,探寻最优活化配比,从而有效提高活化效果,还可与其他固废材料协同利用,同步提高两种固废的高值元素活化率;煤矸石活化成本高,经济效益低,需要降低活化成本,探索高附加值产品提升收益,政府应给予相关活化项目财政减免、资金补贴等支持,并坚持产品性能优化从而提升市场认可度;对于环境二次污染问题,应从煤矸石的产出、堆放、活化到废液废渣废气处置的全生命周期入手,构建煤矸石全生命周期绿色发展体系.

The massive discharge and long-term accumulation of coal gangue pose signifi-cant environmental hazards.As a prerequisite for resource utilization,a profound understanding of the current status and development trends of coal gangue activation is essential.This paper reviewed the background and significance of coal gangue activation,outlined common activation methods and their underlying principles,and focused on the extraction of chemical products(alumina(Al2O3),silica(SiO2),iron oxides,and rare metals such as Li,Ga,and Ti)by activation roasting.The research status and progress of related technology are summarized,and the existing problems of coal gangue activation were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for the future development direction of coal gangue activation.At present,there are some problems in the activation of coal gangue,such as significant variability in raw materials,low activation ratio,limited economic benefit and secondary pollution.Specifically,the variability of coal gangue raw materials leads to different activation requirements.Research should focus on the main production area of coal gangue,carring out the activation research on high-value elements according to local conditions.The organic coordina-tion between coal gangue accumulation area and surrounding industries should be developed,along with the multi-element and multi-component cascade utilization processes and technologies.For the problem of low activation ratio,the activation method can be combined,activation process can be opti-mized,and the optimal activation ratio can be explored to effectively improve the activation effect.Coal gangue can also be used in conjunction with other solid waste materials to simultaneously improve the activation rate of high-value elements of the two solid wastes.As the activation cost of coal gangue is high,and the economic benefit is low,it is necessary to reduce the activation cost and explore the income of high value-added products.Financial relief,subsidies and other policy supports should be provided by the government,and product performance optimization must be maintained to enhance market recognition.To address the problem of secondary environmental pollution,a whole life cycle green development system for coal gangue should be constructed,covering output,stack-ing,and activation through to the disposal of waste liquid,waste residue and waste gas.
