机械力化学活化对新疆风化煤腐植酸活性的影响OA

Study on the effect of mechanochemical activation on the activity of humic acid from Xinjiang weathered coal

为提高碱溶酸析法提取的风化煤腐植酸的活性,采用球磨法对新疆风化煤进行了机械力化学活化,通过单因素试验探究了最佳活化条件,并采用FTIR、UV-Vis等方法对活化前后的风化煤进行了分析.结果表明:本实验所用风化煤的最佳活化条件为活化时间105 min、球料比25 g∶1 g、球磨转速300 r/min,活化后腐植酸提取率提高了14.26%,总腐植酸含量与游离腐植酸含量分别提高了10.12%和25.01%;机械力化学活化后腐植酸分子量整体增大,一部分非腐殖质物质转变成腐植酸,一部分结合态腐植酸转变成游离腐植酸;分子中侧烷基链结构受到破坏,含氧官能团增加,芳香化程度升高.本研究证明了不添加催化剂/活化剂对风化煤腐植酸进行机械力化学活化的可行性,探讨了机械力化学活化提高腐植酸活性的机理,为后续深入研究更详细的活化原理提供了一定的参考.

To enhance the activity of humic acid(HA)derived from weathered coal through alkali extraction and acid precipitation,a mechanochemical activation strategy utilizing ball milling technology was applied to Xinjiang-sourced weathered coal.The optimal mechanochemical activation parameters were determined through a single-factor experimental methodology,which was followed by a comparative spectroscopic characterization of raw and activated weathered coal samples using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).The results show that the optimal mechanochemical activation parameters are a 105 min milling dura-tion,a 25 g∶1 g ball-to-powder mass ratio,and a 300 r/min rotational speed.Post-activation analy-ses reveal a 14.26%increase in HA extraction yield compared to untreated coal,which is accompa-nied by a 10.12%rise in total HA content and a 25.01%enhancement in the free HA fraction.Fur-thermore,the overall molecular weight of humic acid increases after activation.Concurrently,the structural integrity of aliphatic side chains are disrupted,while oxygen-containing functional groups are enriched,and the aromatic condensation within the molecular framework is enhanced.This study demonstrates the feasibility of mechanochemical activation of humic acid in weathered coal without the addition of catalysts/activators.It explores the mechanism by which mechanochemical activation enhances the activity of humic acid,providing a theoretical reference for subsequent in-depth studies of more detailed activation principles.
