Influence of Rectangular Pipe Jacking Construction on Natural Gas Pipelines and Protective Measures

结合工程案例,探讨矩形顶管工作井开挖及顶进施工过程对天然气管道的影响.利用岩土有限元软件对矩形顶管施工引起的天然气管道变形进行预测,得到水平位移和竖向沉降量.矩形顶管顶进过程中,西二线管道和城市高压天然气管道的竖向沉降量实际值均超过模拟值,主要原因是模拟未能反映管节与土体之间的空隙引起的地层损失,且模拟难以完全还原真实地质的非均质性.实际施工过程中,采取精确定位天然气管道、控制垂直间距、布置监测点、设置管道保护区等保护措施和管节四周注浆孔注浆、地面注浆等应急措施后,天然气管道运行状态稳定,取得了较好的防护效果.

Drawing on engineering case studies,this pa-per examines the influence of rectangular pipe jacking working shaft excavation and the jacking construction process on adjacent natural gas pipelines.A geotechni-cal finite element software package was employed to simulate pipeline deformation induced by rectangular pipe jacking construction,yielding predictions of hori-zontal displacement and vertical settlement.During the actual rectangular pipe jacking,the measured vertical settlement of both the Second West-East Gas Pipeline and urban high-pressure natural gas pipelines exceed-ed the simulated values.The primary causes are that the numerical model fails to account for ground loss arising from the annular gap between pipe segments and surrounding soil,and that it cannot fully capture the spatial heterogeneity of in-situ geological condi-tions.In practice,protective measures including pre-cise positioning of natural gas pipelines,strict control of vertical clearance,strategic placement of monitoring points,and establishment of designated pipeline protec-tion zones,were implemented.Complementary emer-gency measures,such as grouting through pre-installed holes in pipe segments and surface grouting,ensured stable pipeline operation and achieved satisfactory pro-tection outcomes.
