二维码赋能的植物标本室智慧化管理及应用OA
Intelligent Management and Application of Plant Specimen Room Empowered by QR Code
随着数字化时代的到来,技术创新与融合成为一大发展趋势.传统植物标本室管理模式因其局限性,不能满足教学、科研以及科普教育等应用的需求,应逐步建立数字化管理模式.本文以肇庆学院生命科学学院植物标本室为例,深入剖析传统管理模式的局限性和标本室发展面临的挑战,同时利用二维码技术,制定模式二维码、科名二维码以及借阅码,有效整合标本信息,拓展科普教育,提升标本室管理效率,为植物标本室的现代化管理提供参考价值.
With the advent of the digital age,technological innovation and integration have emerged as significant trends in development.Due to its limitations,the traditional management model for plant specimen rooms fails to meet the demands of teaching,scientific research,popular science education,and other applications.Therefore,it is imperative to gradually establish a digital management approach.This paper takes the plant specimen room of the School of Life Science at Zhaoqing University as a case study to thoroughly analyze the limitations of the traditional management model and the challenges faced by the specimen room's development.Additionally,it employs QR code technology to create model QR codes,subject name QR codes,and borrowing codes,effectively integrating specimen information,enhancing popular science education,improving the management efficiency of the specimen room,and providing valuable insights for the modern management of plant specimen rooms.
