梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)是武威荒漠区防风固沙主要树种之一,为了确定引发梭梭根腐病的病原菌种类,收集梭梭根腐病病样,将梭梭病罹病根组织进行分离纯化培养,对比形态特征和分子生物学测定加以鉴定,利用菌液灌根接种进行致病力测定.结果显示:从病样中分离出的菌株属于镰刀菌(Fusarium),具体为轮枝镰刀菌(Fusarium Verticillioides)、层出镰刀菌(Fusarium proliferatum)、棒状镰刀菌(Fusarium clavum)这3种.在4种杀菌剂中,30%噁霉灵水剂对层出镰刀菌、棒状镰刀菌抑制效果最好,其室内毒力EC50分别为0.423 7 mg·L-1、0.855 1 mg·L-1;40%苯醚甲环唑·肟菌酯悬浮剂对轮枝镰刀菌抑制效果最好,其室内毒力EC50为0.612 8 mg·L-1.

Haloxylon ammodendron is one of the main tree species for windbreak and sand fixation in Wuwei desert area.In order to determine the pathogen species causing root rot of Haloxylon ammodendron,the samples of root rot of Haloxylon ammodendron were collected.The root tissue of Haloxylon ammodendron was isolated and purified by tissue separation method,and identified by morphological characteristics and molecular biological determination.The results showed that the strains isolated from the diseased samples belonged to Fusarium,which were Fusarium verticillioides,Fusarium proliferatum and Fusarium clavum.Among the four fungicides,30%hymexazol had the best inhibitory effect on Fusarium proliferatum and Fusarium clavatum,and its toxicity measurement EC50 was 0.423 7 mg·L-1 and 0.855 1 mg·L-1.Difenoconazole·trifloxystrobin 40%SC had the best inhibitory effect on Fusarium verticillioides,and its toxicity measurement EC50 was 0.612 8 mg·L-1.
