Analysis of Floral Organ Morphological Characteristics in 18 Jujube Strains
本文旨在研究分析不同枣品系的花器官形态特征,为优良品种的筛选提供理论参考依据.以塔里木大学枣实生选种圃中的18株枣实生后代为研究对象,观察花朵的表型性状,测定花径大小、蜜盘大小及雄蕊长度,并测定花粉活力及单药花粉量,采用相关性分析和隶属函数综合评价方法对枣花器官进行评价.结果表明,花形态与花粉育性密切相关,优良品系在花形态和育性上均表现突出,MX5B11在花径、蜜盘直径及雄蕊长度上具有显著优势,而DNJ5B1和DNJD4B9在花粉量和花粉生活力方面表现突出,这为后续育种提供重要参考依据.
It aims to study and analyze the morphological characteristics of flower organs of different jujube strains,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the selection of excellent varieties.Taking 18 jujube seedlings from the seedling selection nursery at Tarim University as the research material,we observed the phenotypic traits of the floral organs,measuring the flower diameter,nectary disc diameter,and stamen length.We also determined the pollen viability and pollen quantity per anther.The jujube floral structures were evaluated using correlation analysis and the subordinate function comprehensive evaluation methodology.The results showed that:Flower morphology was closely correlated with pollen fertility.Superior lines performed well both morphologically and in terms of fertility.MX5B11 exhibited significant advantages in larger flower diameter,larger nectary disc diameter,and longer stamens,while DNJ5B1 and DNJD4B9 showed prominent performance in pollen quantity and pollen viability.These findings provide important references for future breeding programs.
