枣园中苜蓿轮作棉花后土壤养分时空变化特征分析OA
Characteristics of Spatial and Temporal Changes of Soil Nutrients After Alfalfa Cotton Rotation in Jujube Garden
本文旨在分析枣园中苜蓿轮作棉花后土壤养分的时空变化特征,以提高对土壤养分循环和转换规律的理解,并为优化农田生产结构、开展科学有效的养分管理提供科学依据.采用单因素试验设计,设立2种种植模式:枣园连年间作棉花和枣园种植苜蓿后轮作棉花.通过测定土壤有机碳(SOC)、硝态氮(NO3--N)、全氮(TN)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、pH等关键指标,评估轮作效应.结果表明:苜蓿轮作后,0~20 cm土层SOC含量显著提高33.8%,20~40 cm土层亦显著增加16.9%;轮作模式下,0~20cm与20~40 cm土层土壤全碳(TC)含量分别显著增加44.5%和65.3%,土壤TN含量增幅更为显著,分别达169.5%和283.5%;0~20 cm土层硝态氮含量在7-10月各生育期均显著高于连作模式,其中7月增幅达17.18%;铵态氮含量在轮作模式下亦呈整体升高趋势;2种土层深度下,轮作处理的土壤pH均略低于连作.此外,轮作模式下棉花的单铃重和单株总铃数高于连作模式,籽棉产量显著提高25.3%,土地当量比也显著高于连作模式,显示轮作模式具有更高的土地利用效率.因此,在枣棉间作系统中轮作倒茬苜蓿,有利于改善土壤养分状况,提高土壤肥力,改良土壤品质,从而有利于棉花的生长和产量的提高.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of soil nutrients after alfalfa rotation of cotton in jujube orchards,so as to improve the understanding of soil nutrient cycling and conversion rules,and to provide a scientific basis for optimizing farmland production structure and carrying out scientific and effective nutrient management.A single-factor experimental design was adopted to establish two planting modes:cotton cropping in jujube orchards and cotton rotation after alfalfa planting in jujube orchards.The rotation effect was evaluated by measuring key indicators such as soil organic carbon(SOC),nitrate nitrogen(NO3--NN),total nitrogen(TN),ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N)and pH.The results showed that the SOC content of 0~20 cm soil layer and 20~40 cm soil layer increased by 33.8%and 16.9%after alfalfa rotation.Under the rotation mode,the soil total carbon(TC)content in the 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm soil layers increased significantly by 44.5%and 65.3%,respectively,and the soil TN content increased even more significantly,reaching 169.5%and 283.5%,respectively.The nitrate nitrogen content of 0~20 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that of continuous cropping pattern in each growth period from July to October,and the increase rate reached 17.18%in July.The ammonium nitrogen content also showed an overall upward trend in the crop rotation mode.Under the two soil depths,the soil pH of the rotation treatment was slightly lower than that of continuous cropping.In addition,the boll weight and total boll number per plant of cotton under the rotation mode were higher than those in the continuous cropping mode,the yield of seed cotton was significantly increased by 25.3%,and the land equivalent ratio was also significantly higher than that in the continuous cropping mode,indicating that the rotation mode had higher land use efficiency.Therefore,the rotation of alfalfa in jujube-cotton intercropping system is conducive to improving soil nutrient status,soil fertility and soil quality,which is conducive to the growth and yield of cotton.
