调环酸钙对麦后移栽加工番茄产量与品质调控效果研究OA
Study on the Regulatory Effect of Prohexadione-Calcium on Yield and Quality Development in Post-Wheat Transplanted Processing Tomatoes
本研究以北疆石河子地区麦后复播加工番茄为对象,针对夏季高温和秋季早霜限制导致的逆境生长、生育期较短从而造成产量品质降低等问题,探究生长延缓剂—调环酸钙(Prohexadione-calcium,Pro-Ca)控制植株旺长和对产量与品质的调控效果.试验设置750 g·hm-2(P1)、900 g·hm-2(P2)、1 050 g·hm-2(P3)三个浓度处理,在盛花期和坐果期分别喷施,以清水组为对照.结果表明:施用Pro-Ca后,控旺效果和单株坐果性显著增强,与对照相比可显著提高番茄的红熟率和产量,但不同浓度处理间差异不显著,其中,P2处理红熟率达67%,产量达126 246 kg·hm-2,分别较对照提高42.6%和79.6%;施用Pro-Ca还显著提高可溶性固形物含量12.5%~15%,可降低加工料耗比,但对影响番茄产品品质的番茄红素、粘度等指标影响不显著.结果表明,喷施调环酸钙在麦后复播加工番茄产量提升和可固值增加等方面效果显著,推荐用量为900 g·hm-2,此研究结果可为麦后复播加工番茄高效栽培和后续深入研究提供一定的理论依据.
This study focuses on after-wheat processing tomatoes in the Shihezi region of northern Xinjiang,addressing issues such as stress-induced growth,shorter growth periods,and reduced yield and quality caused by summer high temperatures and early autumn frosts.It investigates the effects of the growth retardant prohexadione-calcium(Pro-Ca)on controlling excessive vegetative growth and regulating yield and quality.The experiment included three concentration treatments:750 g·hm-2(P1),900 g·hm-2(P2),and 1 050 g·hm-2(P3),applied via foliar spraying at full bloom and fruit setting stages,with a water spray group as the control(CK).The results showed that After the application of Pro-Ca,the effect of controlling excessive vegetative growth and the fruit setting ability per plant were significantly enhanced.Compared with the control group,it significantly increased the red-ripening rate and yield,although no significant differences were observed among the different treatment concentrations.Among them,the P2 treatment achieved a red-ripening rate of 67%and a yield of 126 246 kg·hm-2.representing increases of 42.6%and 79.6%,respectively,compared to the control.Pro-Ca also significantly increased the soluble solids content by 12.5%~15%,which can reduce the processing cost ratio.However,it had no significant effect on quality indicators such as lycopene content and viscosity that affect the quality of tomato products.Overall,in this study,the application of prohexadione-calcium significantly improved the yield and soluble solids content of after-wheat processing tomatoes,with a recommended dosage of 900 g·hm-2.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the efficient cultivation and further in-depth research of after-wheat processing tomatoes.
