某陆上大型风力发电机运行2 a后,其齿轮箱回油管发生开裂现象.采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析等方法分析了回油管开裂的原因,并据此提出了改进措施.结果表明:开裂回油管波纹管生产工艺控制不当,导致波纹管存在壁厚偏薄32%、有效刚度超差5.5倍、焊接缺陷及应力集中等问题.上述多因素耦合作用大幅削弱了波纹管的服役性能,风电机组连接部件在外部循环载荷的作用下,其波纹管焊接熔合区顶部因应力集中而先萌生裂纹源,最终引发疲劳开裂.

After 2 years of operation of a large onshore wind turbine,the oil return pipe of the gearbox cracked.By means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,mechanical property test and scanning electron microscope analysis,the causes of the cracking of the oil return pipe were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.The results show that the improper control of the production process of the cracked tubing bellows led to the problems of the bellows,such as 32%thinner wall thickness,5.5 times of effective stiffness deviation,welding defects and stress concentration.The above multi-factor coupling effect greatly weakened the service performance of the bellows.Under the action of external cyclic load,the top of the welded fusion zone of the bellows of the wind turbine connecting parts initiated the crack source first due to stress concentration,and finally caused fatigue cracking.
