某石化公司304不锈钢供水管线在封存3 a后再次使用前,工作人员对其进行水压试验时,发现多处弯头出现穿孔泄漏现象.采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度及铁素体含量测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对输送管线的泄漏原因进行分析.结果表明:钢管未经固溶处理,使其显微组织中残留较多的δ铁素体,大幅降低了材料的抗点腐蚀性能;此外,在完成前期水压试验后,未将管线内部积水排干净便直接封存,积水中的Cl-在弯头底部聚集浓缩,最终导致管线在存放期间发生点腐蚀穿孔.

Before the 304 stainless steel water supply pipeline of a petrochemical company was restarted after 3 years of storage,the staff found that perforation and leakage occurred in many elbows during the hydraulic test.The leakage causes of the pipeline were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness and ferrite content test,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the steel tube without solid solution treatment had more δ-ferrite in the microstructure,which greatly reduced the pitting corrosion resistance of the material.In addition,after the completion of the preliminary hydraulic test,the accumulated water inside the pipeline was directly sealed without being drained away,and the Cl-in the accumulated water was concentrated at the bottom of the elbow,which eventually led to pitting corrosion and perforation of the pipeline during storage.
