Cause of cracking in hot-stamped steel cross beams
某1 800 MPa热冲压成形材料的汽车电池包顶盖加强横梁在冲压过程中出现批量开裂现象.采用宏观观察、扫描电镜分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、化学成分分析等方法对横梁批量开裂原因进行分析.结果表明:模具表面结露并产生了较多冷凝水,在热冲压过程中,氢原子渗入材料中,最终使零件在冲压成形后发生氢脆开裂.
A batch of reinforcing cross beams for an automotive battery pack top cover,made from an 1 800 MPa hot-stamped material,exhibited widespread cracking during the stamping process.To investigate the root cause of this cracking,a comprehensive analysis was conducted using macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscopy,metallographic examination,mechanical property testing,and chemical composition analysis.The results revealed that condensation formed on the die surface,producing a significant amount of moisture.During hot stamping,hydrogen atoms diffused into the material,ultimately causing hydrogen embrittlement and resulting in cracking of the components after forming.
