针对Q370qD桥梁结构钢断后伸长率不合格的问题,采用低倍检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法对其断后伸长率不合格的原因进行分析.结果表明:Q370qD桥梁结构钢断后伸长率不合格的主要原因为轧制过程中钢板表面发生加工硬化,同时心部存在夹杂物与带状组织.最后分别从连铸、轧钢等工序的工艺控制角度提出了具体改进措施,为该钢的稳定生产提供了科学依据.

Aiming at the problem of unqualified elongation of Q370qD bridge structural steel after fracture,the reasons for unqualified elongation after fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the main reason for the unqualified elongation of Q370qD bridge structural steel after fracture was that the surface of the steel plate was hardened during rolling,and there were inclusions and banded structures in the center.Finally,specific improvement measures were put forward from the perspective of process control of continuous casting,rolling and other processes,which provided a scientific basis for the stable production of the steel.
