为精准评价生态电炉短流程冶炼轴承钢的纯净度及使用性能,采用极值分析方法对钢中氧化物非金属夹杂物进行研究,并与金相法、扫描电镜分析法开展对比验证.结果表明:在不同累计概率条件下,极值分析法预测的试验钢夹杂物尺寸为16.91~23.25 μm;金相法测得DS类夹杂物级别为0.5~1.0级,估算尺寸为13~26 μm;扫描电镜测量的夹杂物最大直径为8.0~23.11 μm.极值分析法的等级估算结果与金相法、扫描电镜法检测结果基本一致,该方法可有效用于轴承钢纯净度评价及使用性能预测,为生态电炉短流程冶炼轴承钢的质量管控提供技术支撑.

To accurately evaluate the cleanliness and service performance of bearing steel smelted by the eco-friendly electric arc furnace short-process route,the extreme value analysis method was adopted to investigate the oxide non-metallic inclusions in the steel,with comparative verification conducted against the metallographic method and Aspex scanning electron microscopy analysis method.The results show that under different cumulative probability conditions,the size of inclusions in the tested steel predicted by the extreme value analysis method ranged from 16.91 to 23.25 μm;the grade of DS-type inclusions measured by the metallographic method was between 0.5 and 1.0,with an estimated size ranging from 13 to 26 μm;the maximum diameter of inclusions measured by Aspex SEM varied from 8.0 to 23.11 μm.The inclusion grade estimates of the extreme value analysis method were basically consistent with those obtained by the metallographic method and SEM method.This method could be effectively applied to the evaluation of bearing steel cleanliness and the prediction of service performance,thereby providing technical support for the quality control of bearing steel smelted via the eco-friendly electric arc furnace short-process route.
