为分析气体透过率测量结果与参考量值之间偏差的变化,并为相关计量技术规范的指标确定提供精密度数据支持,采用不同压差法气体透过性测试仪,对多种不同气体透过率标准值的国家有证标准物质进行了多次重复测量,进而分析相对误差及重复性随标准物质参考量值的变化规律.结果表明,标准值较大的标准物质测量结果的相对误差与重复性离散程度较小.在确定气体透过性测试仪的计量特性指标时,建议对不同量值区间设置差异化的技术要求.

In order to analyze the variation of the deviation between the measurement results of gas transmission rate and the reference value,and to provide precision data support for the determination of relevant measurement technical specifications,the gas permeability tester with different pressure difference methods was used to repeatedly measure the national certified reference materials with different standard values of gas transmission rate,and then the variation of relative error and repeatability with the reference value of standard materials was analyzed.The results show that the relative error and repeatability dispersion of the standard material measurement results with large standard values were small.When determining the measurement characteristic index of the gas transmission rate tester,it was recommended to set differentiated technical requirements for different value intervals.
