Hot air aging test and lifetime prediction of epoxy resin foam materials
环氧树脂泡沫材料性能优异,广泛应用于航空航天和军工领域.在实际生产应用中,对其性能及贮存寿命有严格要求.采用化学发泡法制备了环氧树脂泡沫材料,基于Arrhenius方程,通过热空气加速老化试验研究了其贮存寿命.结果表明:空气中的氧气是影响其热稳定性和寿命的重要因素.通过热空气老化试验,获得了抗拉强度下降10%与20%时老化时间τ与老化绝对温度T之间的关系,并推算出在25℃环境下,抗拉强度下降10%时对应的贮存寿命为35.65 a,抗拉强度下降20%时对应的贮存寿命为60.10 a.
Epoxy resin foam materials exhibited excellent performance and were widely used in the aerospace and military industries.In practical production and application,stringent requirements were imposed on their performance and storage life.Epoxy resin foam materials were prepared by the chemical foaming method,and their storage life was investigated via hot air accelerated aging tests based on the Arrhenius equation.The results show that oxygen in the air is an important factor affecting their thermal stability and service life.Through hot air aging tests,the relationship between aging time τ and absolute aging temperature T was obtained when the tensile strength decreased by 10%and 20%.It was calculated that at 25℃,the corresponding storage life was 35.65 years when the tensile strength decreased by 10%and 60.10 years when the tensile strength decreased by 20%.
