人工智能日益成为新一轮产业革命的引擎,人工智能技术与制造业的深度融合构成新型工业化的核心驱动力.江西省作为全国为数不多的体系化推进制造业数字化转型的省份之一,其"产业大脑"建设与全省覆盖的数字化转型服务平台为研究提供了独特样本.立足江西省实践,从算力与算法、数据资源、科研能力三方面.剖析人工智能赋能制造业数字化转型的要素基础.同时,结合平台数据与典型案例,揭示当前转型进程中存在的数据"采不全"、应用"用不活"、成本"用不起"三大核心难点.最后,有针对性地从企业、产业、政府三个层面,系统提出人工智能赋能江西省制造业数字化转型的具体路径.研究旨在为破解江西省制造业数字化转型难题、加速"人工智能+"行动提供理论参考与实践方案,也为全国同类地区推进新型工业化进程提供"江西经验".

Artificial intelligence(AI)is increasingly regarded as a key driver of the new round of industrial revolution,and its deep integration with the manufacturing sector has become an important force in promoting new industrialization.As one of the few provinces in China that has systematically promoted the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector,Jiangxi provides a valuable case for empirical analysis.Through the development of the"Industrial Brain"and a comprehensive digital transformation service platform for manufacturing,the province has achieved province-wide coverage,offering a unique context for examining the digital transformation of manufacturing.Drawing on the practices in Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the key foundations for AI-enabled digital transformation from three dimensions:computing power and algo-rithms,data resources,and scientific research capacity.By combining platform data with typical cases,this analysis also identifies three major challenges in the current transformation process:incomplete data collection,limited data utilization,and high adoption costs.Finally,in view of the current situation and existing challenges in Ji-angxi Province,practical approaches are discussed from the perspectives of enter-prises,industries,and government to promote the application of artificial intelligence in manufacturing.Overall,the study contributes to the exploration of digital transforma-tion pathways in Jiangxi Province.The findings offer theoretical reference and practical insights for addressing the challenges faced by the manufacturing sector in its digital transformation and for advancing the"AI+"initiative.They may also provide useful ex-perience for other regions with similar conditions seeking to promote new industrializa-tion through artificial intelligence.
