全螺栓预应力格构钢加固震损RC柱抗震性能试验研究OA
Experimental study on seismic behavior of earthquake-damaged RC columns strengthened with full-bolt prestressed lattice steel
为提升传统外包型钢法的加固效果和施工效率,采用异形格构钢代替普通角钢,结合预应力技术和全螺栓连接方式,提出了一种全螺栓预应力格构钢加固方法.对未加固受损柱、角钢加固柱、全螺栓格构加固柱、全螺栓预应力格构钢加固柱进行滞回试验,获得了破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化和耗能能力等抗震性能指标.结果表明:预应力格构钢加固可更为有效地约束混凝土变形,减少裂缝发展;经过加固后,柱的极限荷载提高81.04%,位移延性系数提高89.31%,耗能能力提高151.85%,初始刚度提高65.73%,较传统角钢加固优势明显.其作用机理表现为混凝土受到双向挤压,外部钢构件受到拉力作用,通过附加应力,改善材料强度与稳定性能,并显著提高外部钢构件与加固件两者之间的整体协同工作能力.
To improve the strengthening effect and construction efficiency of the traditional encased steel reinforcement method,a novel encased steel reinforcement method was proposed,which utilized special-shaped lattice steel instead of conventional angle steel,combined with prestressing technology and full bolt connection method.Quasi-static tests were conducted on unreinforced damaged column,angle-steel-reinforced column,fully bolted latticed steel-reinforced column,and fully bolted prestressed latticed steel-reinforced column,and seismic performance indicators such as failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation,and energy dissipation capacity were obtained.The results show that the prestressed lattice steel can more effectively confine concrete deformation and reduce crack development.After strengthening,the ultimate load of the column increases by 81.04%,the displacement ductility coefficient increases by 89.31%,the energy dissipation capacity increases by 151.85%,and the initial stiffness increases by 65.73%,demonstrating significant advantages over the traditional angle steel strengthening method.The mechanism involves bi-directional compression in the concrete and tensile forces in the external steel components.By applying additional stress,the strength and stability of the material are improved,and the overall collaborative working ability between the external steel components and the strengthened components is significantly enhanced.
