循经穴位按摩联合穴位敷贴对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、生活质量及心理状态的影响OA
Effect of meridian-based acupoint massage combined with acupoint ap-plication on cardiac function,quality of life and psychological status in patients with chronic heart failure
目的 探讨循经穴位按摩联合穴位敷贴对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能、生活质量和心理状态的影响.方法 选取2023年6月至2025年1月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的96例CHF患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)、循经按摩组(n=32)、联合组(n=32).对照组接受常规干预,循经按摩组接受常规干预+循经穴位按摩,联合组接受常规干预+循经穴位按摩+穴位敷贴.比较三组患者干预前后的中医证候积分、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、心排血量(CO)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(MLH-FQ)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)和慢性病自我效能量表(SECD6)评分.结果 干预前,三组患者的中医证候积分、LVEF、LVEDD、6MWT、CO、MLH-FQ评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、SECD6评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).干预后,三组患者的中医证候积分、LVEDD、MLH-FQ评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于本组干预前,且循经按摩组和联合组低于对照组,联合组低于循经按摩组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,三组患者的LVEF、6MWT、CO、SECD6评分均高于本组干预前,且循经按摩组和联合组高于对照组,联合组高于循经按摩组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 循经穴位按摩联合穴位敷贴可缓解CHF患者临床症状,提高患者的心功能、改善患者生活质量和心理状态.
Objective To investigate the effect of meridian-based acupoint massage combined with acupoint application on cardiac function,quality of life and psychological status in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 96 patients with CHF admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=32),meridian massage group(n=32)and combined group(n=32).The control group received routine intervention,the meridian massage group received routine intervention+meridian-based acupoint massage,and the combined group received routine intervention+meridian-based acupoint massage+acupoint application.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),6-minute walk test(6MWT),cardiac output(CO),Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLH-FQ)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-efficacy for chronic disease 6-item scale(SECD6)were compared among the three groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,LVEF,LVEDD,6MWT,CO,MLH-FQ scores,SAS scores,SDS scores and SECD6 scores among the three groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,LVEDD,MLH-FQ scores,SAS scores and SDS scores of the three groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the meridian massage group and the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and those of the combined group were lower than those of the meridian massage group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the LVEF,6MWT,CO and SECD6 scores of the three groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the meridian massage group and the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and those of the combined group were higher than those of the meridian massage group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Meridian-based acupoint massage combined with acupoint application can relieve the clinical symptoms of CHF patients,improve their cardiac function,quality of life and psychological state.
