目的 探讨头颈部损伤数字化三维重建辅助3D打印技术在高校影像教学中的应用.方法 选取2023年9月至2024年12月内蒙古医科大学2022级和2023级医学影像专业180名学生为研究对象,2022级学生为对照组(n=90),2023级学生为观察组(n=90).对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用头颈部损伤数字化三维重建辅助3D打印技术教学,两组均在大二第一学期开始教学.比较两组教学2个月后的教学效果评价,骨科实习1个月、出科考试结束后的自我认知能力评分、教学满意度及学生综合能力.结果 观察组的理论知识、临床技能、实际操作能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨科实习1个月、出科考试结束后的自我认知能力评分及教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生综合能力分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 头颈部损伤数字化三维重建辅助3D打印技术在高校影像教学中,可有效提高学生的教学效果、自我认知能力及综合能力,并且教学满意度更高.

Objective To explore the application of digital three-dimensional reconstruction of head and neck injurie as-sisted by 3D printing technology in image teaching in colleges.Methods A total of 180 students majoring in medical imaging from the 2022 and 2023 grades of Inner Mongolia Medical University from September 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The students of the 2022 grade were the control group(n=90),and those of the 2023 grade were the observation group(n=90).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the teaching method of digital three-dimensional reconstruction of head and neck injurie assisted by 3D printing technology.Both groups began the teaching in the first semester of their sophomore year.The teaching effect evaluation after 2 months of teaching,the self-cognitive ability score,teaching satisfaction and students' comprehensive ability after 1 month of orthopedics practice and examination were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and practical operation ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-cognition ability scores and teaching satisfaction of the observation group after one month of orthopedic internship and the end of the exit examination were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the students in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital three-dimensional reconstruction of head and neck injurie assisted by 3D printing technology in college imaging education can effectively enhance students' teaching effec-tiveness,self-awareness ability and comprehensive ability,and also increase their satisfaction with the teaching.
