晨读汇报联合临床案例方式在肾内科实习教学中的应用OA

目的 探讨晨读汇报联合临床案例教学方式在肾内科实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月德阳市人民医院的46名临床实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(23名)和对照组(23名).研究组采用晨读汇报联合临床案例教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组学生的客观成绩测试、授课老师对学生的主观评价及学生对教学满意度评价.结果 研究组学生的客观成绩测试高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生的授课老师对学生的主观评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对教学满意度评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在肾内科实习教学中,晨读汇报联合临床案例教学方式可提高实习生考试成绩、临床思维能力及对教学的满意度,是对传统教学方式的优化,有利于提高教学质量,达到预期的教学效果.

Objective To explore the application effect of the combined method of morning reading reports and clinical case teaching in the internship teaching of the Nephrology Department.Methods A total of 46 clinical interns from Deyang Peo-ple's Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the study group(23 individuals)and the control group(23 individuals)by the random number table method.The study group adopted the morning reading report combined with clinical case teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The objective test scores of the students,the subjective evaluations of the teachers on the students,and the satisfaction evaluations of the students with the teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The objective test scores of the students in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective evaluations of the teaching staff for the students in the research group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction evaluation of the stu-dents in the research group regarding the teaching was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the internship teaching of the Nephrology Department,the combined use of morning reading reports and clinical case teaching methods can improve the examination scores,clinical thinking ability and satisfaction with the teaching of the interns.This is an optimization of the traditional teaching method,which is conducive to improving teaching quality and achieving the expected teaching effect.
