鸡皮样胃炎的幽门螺杆菌感染情况及临床、病理特征分析OA

Objective To explore the Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection status,clinical manifestations,and pathological features of patients with chicken skin-like gastritis in a tertiary hospital in Beijing,and to analyze its pathogenesis from a pathological perspective,aiming to enhance clinicians' understanding and early diagnostic capability for this disease,achieve early intervention,and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients diagnosed with chicken skin-like gastritis via endoscopy at a tertiary hospital in Beijing from October 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study group.Additionally,120 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis during the same period were chosen as the control group.The differences in Hp infection rate,clinical manifestations,and pathological features between the two groups were compared.Results Chicken skin-like gastritis predominantly affected young females,and its Hp infection rate was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The primary clinical manifestation was epigastric pain(30.7％).Notably,28.8％of patients were completely asymptomatic.Endoscopically,the typical presentation involved densely distributed nodular changes in the gastric antral mucosa.Histopathological examination revealed significant lymphoid follicle hyperplasia in all patients(100％).Conclusion Chicken skin-like gastritis is highly associated with Hp infection and is more common in young women.Its characteristic endoscopic and pathological presentations are crucial for early diagnosis.
