基于"络虚邪瘀"探析火针联合艾灸治疗跖疣OA

This study summarized the clinical experience of treating plantar warts with fire needling combined with moxibustion.Guided by the theory of"collateral deficiency and pathogenic stagnation",it proposed that the pathological basis of plantar warts is the primary deficiency of the collaterals,and the core pathogenesis involves collateral deficiency allowing pathogen invasion and subsequent internal stagnation.In response to this pathogenesis,the treatment principle focused on strengthening healthy qi to dispel pathogens,unblocking collaterals to resolve stasis,and applying simultaneous unblocking and tonification.Emphasis was placed on the triad of tonifying collateral deficiency,eliminating internally stagnant pathogens,and dredging obstructed collaterals.The combined use of fire needling and moxibustion leverages their synergistic effects:fire needling unblocks collaterals,resolves stasis,dissipates nodules,and expels pathogens by opening the"door",while moxibustion strengthens healthy qi,tonifies deficiency,warms and unblocks qi and blood.This approach not only removes pathogenic factors from the collaterals but also resolves stagnant knots within them and promotes the smooth flow of collateral qi.When collaterals are strengthened and pathogens eliminated,plantar warts naturally resolve.
