射流回路反应器在气液混合方面展现出高效、快速的特性,且具有设备成本低、能源利用效率较高等优势,在大规模连续化工业生产场景中具有重要的应用价值.首先,介绍射流回路反应器的构成及所具备的优势.然后,指出其性能与流型存在紧密的内在联系,不同流型会使反应器内的流体力学特性以及气液两相混合机理产生显著差异.其次,阐述PIV(粒子图像测速)技术与CFD(计算流体动力学)数值模拟方法,可以实现流场流态的可视化.进而通过理论分析、实验探究及数值模拟相结合的方式,综述射流回路反应器内气液两相流的研究进展状况.最后,梳理射流回路反应器在化工化学、生物化学以及环境保护等领域的应用情形,并对其未来的研究热点予以展望.

The jet loop reactor demonstrates high efficiency and rapidity in gas-liquid mixing,coupled with advantages such as low equipment cost and high energy utilization efficiency,thereby holding significant application value in large-scale continuous industrial production scenarios.Firstly,the composition and advantages of the jet loop reactor were introduced.Then,the intimate relationship between its performance and flow patterns was emphasized,as different flow patterns given rise to notable differences in the hydrodynamics characteristics and gas-liquid two-phase mixing mechanisms within the reactor.Secondly,the PIV(particle image velocimetry)technology and CFD(computational fluid dynamics)numerical simulation method were described,which could realize the visualization of flow field.Furthermore,through combination of theoretical analysis,experimental exploration and numerical simulation,the research progress of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the jet loop reactor was reviewed.Finally,the jet loop reactor′s applications in chemical,biochemical and environmental fields were summarized,and future research hotspots were predicted.
