固体氧化物电解池电堆是一种利用固体氧化物为电解质进行高温电解反应的设备,其性能受到多种因素的影响,其中燃料流量分配的均匀性是至关重要的因素之一.通过简化电堆结构流场系统模型,研究 30 层电堆在U型和Z型2 种流动形式下其流量分配均匀度的情况,以及不同进出口数量对电堆层间流量分配均匀度的影响.结果表明:与Z型流动方式相比,在U型流动方式下,电堆模型的层间流量分布的均匀度更优.通过不同进出口数量的电堆模型比较发现,采用1 进2 出式电堆层间流量分布最佳.另外,在基础模型上,通过增大电堆进出口歧管截面积进行优化,对优化模型与基础模型的堆内层间流量分布结果进行比较,发现优化结构模型电堆层间流量分配均匀度较基础模型得到了明显改善.

The uniform distribution of fuel flow in solid oxide electrolytic cell reactor is one of the key factors to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the reactor.By simplifying the gas field model of the stack structure,the flow distribution of the 30-layer stack under two flow forms,U-type and Z-type,and the influence of different inlet and outlet forms on the flow distribution between layers were studied.The results show that,compared with the Z-type flow mode,the flow distribution uniformity between layers is better under the U-type flow mode.Through the comparison of different import and export forms,it is found that the flow distribution of 1 in 2 out is the best.In addition,in the basic model,the cross-sectional area of inlet and outlet manifold was increased to optimize,and the results of flow distribution between layers of the optimized model and the basic model were compared.It is found that the flow distribution uniformity between layers of the optimized structure model is significantly improved.
