复杂型材一站式加工智能机床装备的研发OA

Development of intelligent machine tool equipment for one-stop processing of complex profiles

现有门窗幕墙型材生产线仍需配置个别单一功能机床,存在用工量大、工艺流程长、产线柔性化不足等问题.为了实现门窗幕墙复杂型材的高效高精加工,本研究首次引入激光加工技术,重点考虑型材材质和形状尺寸、激光加工特点、切削加工工况等因素,结合数学建模方法,开发出高反铝型材激光加工技术、高精加工技术、高效加工技术等关键技术,并深入研究多任务刀具(如光刀、铣断、铣榫、指铣/补刀等)的协同高效加工机制,建立了融合激光切割与高速铣削锯切的复合高效加工技术.通过优化型材上下料支撑装置、定位夹紧装置、激光切割装置和锯切铣削装置等机床关键结构,设计出激光切割和锯切铣削工艺相结合的一站式复杂铝型材加工机床.结果表明:与传统的单一功能型材加工机床相比,本研究开发的机床具备型材自动夹持、自动送料和转位、多工序自动协同等功能,且加工角度范围为30°~150°、加工精度误差小于0.1 mm,实现了复杂型材一站式全工序的高效、高精加工.

Current production lines for door,window,and curtain wall profiles still need to be equipped with individual single-function machine tools,which have problems such as high labor demand,long process flow,and insufficient flexibility of the production line.To achieve efficient and high-precision processing of complex profiles for doors,windows,and curtain walls,this study introduces laser processing technology for the first time,focusing on factors such as profile material and shape dimensions,laser processing characteristics,and cutting conditions.Combined with mathematical modeling methods,key technologies such as high reflectivity profile laser processing technology,high-precision processing technology,and efficient processing technology were developed.In-depth research was conducted on the collaborative and efficient processing mechanism of multi-task cutting tools(e.g.,light cutting,milling cutting,milling tenons,finger milling/patching),and a composite high-efficiency processing technology that integrates laser cutting and high-speed milling sawing was established.By optimizing key structures of the machine tool,such as the support device for loading and unloading profiles,positioning and clamping device,laser cutting device,and sawing and milling device,a one-stop complex aluminum profile processing machine with a combination of laser cutting,sawing and milling processes was designed.The results show that,compared with traditional single-function profile processing machine tools,the machine tool developed in this study has functions such as automatic clamping,automatic feeding and indexing of profiles,and automatic coordination of multiple processes.The processing angle range is 30°~150°,and the processing accuracy error is less than 0.1 mm,achieving efficient and high-precision one-stop full-process processing of complex profiles.
