考虑齿面等接触应力的摆线齿廓分段修形OA

在传统的等距-移距修形摆线针轮啮合副接触分析的基础上,提出了一种考虑齿面等接触应力的摆线齿廓分段修形方法.首先,以参与啮合齿对平均压力角最小为依据对工作区间与非工作区间进行划分;然后,以各齿接触应力大小相等为目标使用多项式拟合工作区间修形函数,以具有合理的顶隙为目标使用三角函数拟合非工作区间修形函数,以齿廓过渡光滑为目标使用多项式拟合过渡区间修形函数;最后,将所拟合的修形函数以等距修形量的形式代入齿廓方程中,设计出修形后齿廓曲线,理论计算修形后各齿接触应力大小并进行有限元仿真验证方法的正确性.理论计算和仿真结果表明,相较于传统修形方法,该方法能够更灵活地控制齿廓形状,使摆线齿廓有更合理的顶隙与侧隙、更均匀的接触应力、更小的最大接触应力、更高的重合度,这为摆线轮的设计提供了一定的参考.

Based on the traditional"equidistant and displacement"modified cycloid pinwheel meshing pair contact analysis,a segmental modification method of the cycloid tooth profile was proposed,which considered the equal contact stress on the tooth surface.Initially,the working and non-working intervals were divided based on the minimum average pressure angle of the engaged tooth pairs.Subsequently,a polynomial fitting was used to fit the working interval modification function with the goal of equal contact stress of each tooth,a trigonometric function was used to fit the non-working interval modification function with the goal of reasonable top clearance,and a polynomial fitting was used to fit the transition interval modification function with the goal of a smooth transition of the tooth contour.Ultimately,the fitted modification functions were incorporated into the tooth profile equation in the form of equidistant modification amounts,resulting in the designed modified tooth profile curve.Theoretical calculations of post-modification contact stress and finite element simulation validation confirmed the method's accuracy.The theoretical calculation and simulation results show that,compared with the traditional modification method,this method can control the tooth profile shape more flexibly,so that the cycloid tooth profile has more rational clearances,more uniform contact stress distribution,smaller maximum contact stress,and higher contact ratio,providing a reference for cycloidal gear design.
