煤气化渣尾渣是煤气化渣经水洗后产生的固体废弃物,利用率低,以堆放填埋为主.本文以煤气化渣尾渣为研究对象,经研磨工艺处理后获得煤气化渣尾渣微粉(WCGSP),将其替代部分N660炭黑(CB)制备气化渣尾渣微粉-炭黑/丁苯橡胶(WCGSP-CB/SBR)复合材料,系统研究了 WCGSP-CB/SBR的硫化性能和力学性能.结果表明:WCGSP替代CB提高了 WCGSP-CB/SBR的流动性,且随着 WCGSP掺量的升高,WCGSP-CB/SBR的流动性增强,加工性能提升;WCGSP替代CB提高了 WCGSP-CB/SBR的硫化速率,减少了硫化时间,提高了力学性能;当 WCGSP替代10%CB时,橡胶复合材料的硫化速率指数最大,拉伸强度与CB/SBR几乎持平,撕裂强度较CB/SBR提高6.83%.本研究将 WCGSP替代CB用于橡胶填料,解决了CB成本高、污染大的问题,为 WCGSP高值利用提供了理论依据与技术支撑.

The coal gasification slag tailing is a solid waste produced by the coal gasification slag after washing.The utilization rate is low,and it is mainly landfilled.In this paper,the coal gasification slag tailings were taken as the research object,and the coal gasification slag tailings powder(WCGSP)was obtained by grinding process and used to replace part of N660 carbon black(CB)to prepare the coal gasification slag tailing powder-carbon black/styrene buta-diene rubber(WCGSP-CB/SBR)composites.The vulcanization properties and mechanical properties of WCGSP-CB/SBR composites were systematically studied.The results show that the substitution of WCGSP for CB improves the fluidity of WCGSP-CB/SBR,and with the increase of WCGSP content,the fluidity of WCGSP-CB/SBR is enhanced,and the processing performance of rubber composites is improved.The substitution of WCGSP for CB increased the vulcanization rate of WCGSP-CB/SBR,reduced the vulcanization time and improved the mechanical properties.When 10%CB was replaced by WCGSP,the curing rate index of rubber composites was the largest,the tensile strength was almost the same as that of CB/SBR,and the tear strength was 6.83%higher than that of CB/SBR.In this study,WCGSP was used to replace CB for rubber filler,which solved the problem of high cost and pollution of CB,and pro-vided theoretical basis and technical support for the high value utilization of WCGSP.
