湖南某石英砂岩矿选矿提纯试验研究OA
Experimental study on beneficiation and purification of a quartz sandstone ore in Hunan
针对湖南某地的石英砂岩矿中Al2O3和Fe2O3等有害组分含量高的特点,经工艺矿物学研究发现石英颗粒间存在较多伊利石、绿泥石和铁浸染黏土等胶结物.为开发适合的选矿提纯工艺,提高产品附加值,通过分选工艺试验,分别考察了擦洗、浮选、酸浸对胶结物的去除效果,以及磁选段数、混合酸种类、酸用量和酸浸时间等因素对石英砂岩矿提纯效果的影响.结果表明,采用"破碎-擦洗-分级-磁选-酸浸"工艺流程进行选矿提纯,可将SiO2品位为94.23%,Al2O3和Fe2O3质量分数为4.52%、0.14%的石英砂岩原矿提纯为SiO2 品位为99.63%,Al2O3 和Fe2O3质量分数为0.06%、0.01%的石英精矿.该工艺流程对该石英砂岩矿的提纯效果显著,所得精矿满足高透光率太阳能光伏玻璃用石英砂要求,可为同类石英砂岩矿选矿提纯提供技术参考.
In view of the high content of harmful components such as Al2O3 and Fe2O3 in quartz sandstone ore in Hunan,it was found that there were many cements such as illite,chlorite and iron-disseminated clay among quartz particles through process mineralogy research.In order to develop a suitable beneficiation purification process and improve the added value of products,the effects of scrubbing,flotation and acid leaching on the removal of cements,as well as the effects of the number of magnetic separation sections,the type of mixed acid,the amount of acid and the time of acid leaching on the purification of quartz sand ore were investigated by separation process test.The results show that the quartz sandstone ore with SiO2 grade of 94.23%,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 mass fraction of 4.52%and 0.14%can be purified to quartz concentrate with SiO2 grade of 99.63%,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 mass fraction of 0.06%and 0.01%by crushing-scrubbing-classification-magnetic separation-acid leaching process.The process has a significant purification effect on the quartz sandstone ore,and the obtained concentrate meets the requirements of quartz sand for high transmittance solar photovoltaic glass,which can provide technical reference for the beneficiation and purification of similar quartz sandstone ore.
