核电厂建造阶段射线检测底片及报告审查是核级管道无损检测监检的重要手段.对某核电厂管道射线检测底片常见问题进行分析,发现底片评定不准确、笔误或书写不规范两类问题占比达77.2%,为审查重点关注内容.结合检测及监检要求,提出针对性监督建议:强化评片人员对标准的理解与质量意识、建立报告编审人员考核机制、增设独立审核环节、引入数字化筛查手段及防人因失误等管控措施,通过多维度举措保障焊缝检测监督质量,为同类工程无损检测质量控制与监检提供借鉴.

The review of radiographic film inspection and reports during the construction phase of nuclear power plants is an important means of non-destructive testing and supervision of nuclear-grade pipelines.According to the analysis of problems identified in radiographic films of pipelines at a nuclear power plant,inaccurate evaluation,pen errors,or non-standard writing accounted for 77.2%of the total cases were founded,which are the key focus of the review.Based on the requirements of inspection and supervision,targeted supervision recommendations are proposed:optimize film reviewers'understanding of standards and quality requirements,establish an assessment mechanism for reporters and reviewers,introduce an independent review process,adopt digital screening tools,and implement measures to prevent human errors.By implementing multi-dimensional measures to ensure the quality of weld inspection supervision,this approach provides a reference for quality control and supervision of non-destructive testing in similar projects.
