为探究不同热处理工艺下Cr50Ni50Nb合金组织及性能的演变情况,采用固溶处理结合不同时效工艺对Cr50Ni50Nb合金进行研究,通过X射线衍射、显微组织观察、硬度测试及高温拉伸试验,系统分析了不同热处理工艺下合金的物相、组织及力学性能变化规律.结果表明,Cr50Ni50Nb合金主要由γ(Ni,Cr)固溶体基体和Cr13Ni5Si2析出相组成;固溶态合金析出相含量少,时效处理后析出相数量显著增加,且随时效时间延长,析出相数量增多、尺寸增大.时效处理可显著提升合金硬度,且硬度随时效时间延长而逐渐增大;800℃×6 h+720℃×8 h时效态合金高温拉伸性能最优,其强度随温度升高逐渐降低,伸长率与断面收缩率呈先降后升趋势,700℃时表现出明显中温脆性.

In order to investigate the evolution of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Cr50Ni50Nb alloy,solid solution treatment combined with different aging processes was used to treat Cr50Ni50Nb alloy.The changes in phase,microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy under different heat treatment states were systematically analyzed through X-ray diffraction,microstructure observation,hardness testing and high temperature tensile testing.The results show that Cr50Ni50Nb alloy is mainly composed of γ(Ni,Cr)solid solution matrix and Cr13Ni5Si2 precipitate phase.The precipitate phase content in solid solution alloy is small,and the number of precipitate phases increases significantly after aging treatment.With the extension aging time,the number of precipitate phases increases and the size becomes larger.Aging treatment can significantly improve the hardness of the alloy,and the hardness gradually increases with the extension of the aging time.The alloy with 800℃×6 h+720℃×8 h aging state has the best high temperature tensile.The strength of the alloy decreased gradually with the increase of the temperature,and the elongation and the area reduction rate showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing,showing obvious medium-temperature brittleness at 700℃.
