T形焊接接头低周疲劳寿命预报方法研究OA

为精准预估T形焊接接头在弯曲载荷下低周的疲劳寿命,提出了一种耦合材料真实应力-应变本构关系与应力三轴度的等效结构应变法.通过推导焊趾处结构应变计算模型,依托MATLAB开发基于径向回退映射法的数值求解程序;采用SDZ-1000kN电液伺服试验机开展高强钢T形焊接接头低周疲劳试验,结合ABAQUS与Fe-Safe协同仿真,对比等效结构应力法与等效结构应变法的寿命预估精度.结果表明,等效结构应变法充分考虑材料塑性硬化特征,寿命预估误差均控制在15%以内,显著优于等效结构应力法(最大误差超30%),且预估结果均位于ASME标准主E-N曲线2倍标准差带内.研究证实,等效结构应变法可实现T形焊接接头低周疲劳寿命的精准评估,兼顾工程安全性与经济性,为相关焊接结构的低周疲劳寿命评估提供了可靠参考.

To accurately predict the low-cycle fatigue life of T-welded joints under bending loads,an equivalent structural strain method integrating the material's true stress-strain constitutive relationship and stress triaxiality was developed.A numerical calculation model for structural strain at the weld toe was derived,and a solution program based on the radial return mapping method was developed using MATLAB.Low-cycle fatigue tests on high-strength steel T-welded joints were conducted with an SDZ-1000kN electro-hydraulic servo testing machine.Furthermore,co-simulations employing ABAQUS and Fe-Safe were performed to comparatively evaluate the life predictive accuracy of the equivalent structural stress method and the equivalent structural strain method.Results show that the equivalent structural strain method,considering strain hardening in the plastic stage,controls the life prediction error within 15%,significantly outperforming the equivalent structural stress method(maximum error exceeding 30%),with all results falling within the two-times standard deviation band of the ASME standard master E-N curve.The results demonstrate that the equivalent structural strain method can accurately assess the low-cycle fatigue life of T-welded joints,taking into account both engineering safety and economic efficiency,and provides a reliable reference for the fatigue design of related welded structures.
