文章集中比较生物发酵来源的N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖(NAG)与氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GH)的药代动力学特征.在静脉注射与口服给药后,运用液相色谱-二级质谱联用技术(LC-MS/MS)检测SD大鼠血浆药物质量浓度.静脉注射后,NAG的Cmax、MRT0→t、A UC0→t均显著高于GH(P<0.05);口服后,NAG的Cmax、A UC0→t也显著高于GH(P<0.05).结果表明,相较于GH,NAG在2 种给药途径下均具有更好的系统暴露量与吸收速率.

The paper focused on comparing the pharmacokinetic characteristics of N-acetylglucosamine(NAG)and glucosamine hydrochloride(GH)from biofermentation sources.After intravenous and oral administration,the drug concentration in the plasma of SD rats was measured by using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)..After intravenous injection,Cmax,MRT0→t,and AUC0→t of NAG were significantly higher than those of GH(P<0.05);after oral administration,Cmax,and AUC0→t of NAG were also significantly higher than those of GH(P<0.05).The result indicated that NAG had better systemic exposure and absorption rate under both administration routes compared with GH.
