针对半导体工业园区污水处理中污染物成分复杂、传统工艺抗冲击能力弱、低温效率低的问题,文章提出了曝气生物滤池-微生物联合处理工艺.通过膨胀黏土滤料构建生物膜载体,结合气水联合反冲洗与回流调控,对化学需氧量(COD)和总磷(TP)的去除效果进行验证.结果表明,出水COD稳定低于 40 mg/L(进水80~150 mg/L),TP低于 0.9 mg/L(进水 0.8~1.0 mg/L),平均去除率分别达 56%~74%和65%,且低温条件下性能稳定,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级要求,证实该工艺具有高效性与抗冲击性.

To address the challenges of complex pollutant composition,limited shock resistance,and low efficiency at low temperatures in wastewater treatment for semiconductor industrial parks,this study proposed an combined biological aerated filter-microbial treatment process.By constructing biofilm carriers using expanded clay filter media and combining air-water backwashing and reflux regulation,the removal efficiencies of COD and TP were verified.Results showed that the effluent COD remained consistently below 40 mg/L(inlet 80-150 mg/L)and TP was below 0.9 mg/L(inlet 0.8-1.0 mg/L),achieving average removal rates of 56%-74%for COD and 65%for TP.The process demonstrated stable performance under low-temperature conditions,meeting the first-level requirements of the"Discharge Standard for Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant"(GB 18918-2002),confirming its high efficiency and shock resistance.
