血清KRT18水平对肺腺癌TNM分期的影响及其诊断价值研究OA
Serum KRT18 Levels in Lung Adenocarcinoma:Impact on TNM Staging and Diagnostic Value
文章探讨血清角蛋白 18(KRT18)在肺腺癌患者体内的表达水平及其对肺腺癌的诊断价值.通过ELISA法检测30例肺腺癌患者及30 例健康对照者的血清KRT18 水平,并整合生物信息学分析验证.结果显示,肺腺癌组的血清KRT18 水平(150.25±21.32 ng/mL)显著高于对照组(51.56±10.04 ng/mL,P<0.001).其表达水平与TNM分期密切相关,晚期(T3&T4、N1&N2&N3 及M1)患者水平显著升高(P<0.01～0.001).受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析显示,其诊断AUC值为0.783(95%CI:0.545～0.930).结果显示,肺腺癌患者血清KRT18 水平的升高与肺腺癌的侵袭性临床病理特征有关,表明血清KRT18水平具有充当肺腺癌诊断与预后生物标志物的潜力.
This study investigated the expression levels of serum cytokeratin 18(KRT18)in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and its diagnostic value for lung adenocarcinoma.Serum KRT18 levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 30 patients and 30 healthy controls,supplemented by bioinformatics validation.Serum KRT18 levels were significantly elevated in patients(150.25±21.32 ng/mL)versus controls(51.56±10.04 ng/mL,P<0.001).Its expression level was closely correlated with TNM staging,showing marked increases in advanced-stage subgroups(T3&T4,N1&N3,M1;P<0.01-0.001).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis demonstrated diagnostic utility with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.783(95%CI:0.545-0.930).The results indicated that the significant elevation of serum KRT18 levels in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was correlated with aggressive clinicopathological features of lung adenocarcinoma,indicating that serum KRT18 levels have the potential to serve as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma.
