Driving high-quality development of general practice through training in the diagnosis and treatment of medically unspecified disease

未分化疾病(MUD)症状多样、诊断困难,当前全科医生在 MUD识别与管理中存在认知不足、培训薄弱、实践机会有限等问题.本文围绕 MUD的诊疗挑战,探讨如何通过系统化教学培训与技术创新,提升全科医生的诊疗能力.建议从课程体系建设、教学方法创新、住院医师培训等多方面入手,强化 MUD相关内容教学,并引入大语言模型(LLM)等技术支持临床决策、模拟训练与个性化学习.同时,强调临床思维训练、多学科协作与循证医学在提升 MUD诊疗水平中的关键作用,以推动全科医学高质量发展,夯实基层健康服务网络.

Medically unspecified disease(MUD)present with diverse symptoms and pose diagnostic challenges.Currently,general practitioners face issues such as insufficient awareness,inadequate training,and limited practical opportunities in the identification and management of MUD.This article focuses on the diagnostic and treatment challenges of MUD and ex-plores how to enhance the diagnostic capabilities of general practitioners through systematic teaching training and technologi-cal innovation.It proposes strengthening MUD related content in education by developing curriculum systems,innovating teaching methods,and enhancing resident training,while introducing technologies like large language models(LLMs)to support clinical decision-making,simulation training,and personalized learning.Additionally,it emphasizes the critical role of clinical thinking training,multidisciplinary collaboration,and evidence-based medicine in improving the diagnosis and treatment of MUD,thereby promoting high-quality development in general practice and strengthening the primary healthcare network.
