血清长链非编码RNA SIX3OS1在阿尔茨海默病中的表达水平及其与蛋白生物标志物的关联分析OA

Objective To investigate the expression level of long non-coding RNA SIX3OS1(LncRNA SIX3OS1)in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)and its correlation with protein biomarkers such as β-amyloid 1-42(Aβ1-42),phosphorylated tau at threonine 217(p-tau217),and neurofilament light chain(NFL).Methods A total of 157 patients with AD were enrolled as AD group,and 45 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group.According to the Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR)score,the patients with AD were divided into mild AD group(65 patients)and moderate-to-severe AD group(92 patients).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to assess the value of LncRNA SIX3OS1 combined with Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL in predicting AD,and a Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation of the expression level of serum LncRNA SIX3OS1 with Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL in AD patients.Results Compared with the control group,the AD group had significantly higher serum levels of LncRNA SIX3OS1,Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL(P<0.001).Compared with the mild AD group,the moderate-to-severe AD group had significantly higher serum levels of LncRNA SIX3OS1,Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL(P<0.001).The ROC curve analysis showed that LncRNA SIX3OS1 combined with Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL had an area under the ROC curve of 0.977 in predicting AD,with an accuracy of 95.38%.The correlation analysis showed that the expression level of serum LncRNA SIX3OS1 was positively correlated with Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL in AD patients(P<0.001).Conclusions There is an increase in the expression level of serum lncRNA SIX3OS1 in AD patients,which is associated with abnormalities in protein biomarkers,and LncRNA SIX3OS1 combined with Aβ1-42,P-tau 217,and NFL has a good value in AD screening.
