中国稠油生产与新能源耦合的技术经济现状与策略建议OACHSSCD

The techno-economic status and strategic recommendations for the integration of heavy oil production and new energy in China

中国稠油资源储量丰富,但其生产过程长期依赖高能耗、高碳排放的热采工艺,严重制约了油田绿色低碳转型进程.在碳达峰、碳中和战略引领下,稠油生产与新能源耦合成为低碳开发的关键突破口.系统梳理了风光发电、光热、地热与氢能等可再生能源在稠油生产中的耦合路径与工程应用进展,识别了其在波动性适配、热能稳定供给及氢能原位改质等方面面临的技术、经济与安全挑战.为量化各路径的经济性,进一步对天然气锅炉、"风光+电锅炉"、"光热+熔盐储热"与"风光+电锅炉+电解制氢"4类供能方案开展技术经济分析,发现当前阶段单一新能源替代路径尚难形成稳定正收益,多能协同与氢能副产带来的增值能力成为形成经济闭环的关键.提出3方面应对策略:1)突破关键技术瓶颈、夯实稠油热采的高效热能供给基础;2)优化经济机制与市场衔接,提升投资回报率;3)强化系统集成与优化管理,构建智慧型油田能源体系.

China possesses abundant heavy oil resources but its extraction has long relied on on energy-intensive,high-carbon thermal recovery technologies,significantly constrained the green and low-carbon transition of oilfields.Guided by the national dual carbon strategy,the integration of heavy oil production with new energy may emerge as a key pathway toward low-carbon development.This paper systematically reviews the coupling pathways and engineering application progress of renewable energy sources including wind,solar photovoltaic,solar thermal,geothermal,and hydrogen energy in heavy oil development,identifies technical,economic,and safety challenges related to fluctuation adaptability,stable thermal supply,and in-situ hydrogen upgrading,and conducts technology and economy analysis on such four energy supply schemes as natural gas boiler,wind-solar combined with electric boiler,solar thermal combined with molten-salt heat storage,and wind-solar combined with electric boiler and electrolytic hydrogen production to quantitatively evaluate the economic performance of different coupling routes.It finds that the current single-path renewable substitution is unlikely to generate stable positive returns and multi-energy coordination and the added value derived from hydrogen by-products are critical to a viable economic loop.Finally,it proposes three strategic approaches such as breaking through key technological bottlenecks to lay a solid foundation for effective thermal energy supply of the thermal extraction,optimizing integration between the economic mechanisms and markets to enhance the rate of return on investment,and strengthening system integration and optimizing management to construct intelligent oilfield energy systems.
