Simulation and optimization of transportation modes for CCUS industrial clusters

研究碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)产业集群运输模式的优化问题,提出基于线性规划的模型,分析有无管输枢纽情景下的运输成本与路径,并建立判定管输枢纽必要性的方法.定量评估管输枢纽在CCUS产业集群中的经济性,为集群规划提供了科学依据.研究认为:碳源捕集量、碳汇埋存能力和管道输送能力显著影响运输成本与模式选择.随着捕集量增加,管输枢纽的经济性显著提升;协调的捕集量、埋存能力和管输能力可进一步增强枢纽的经济性;优先提升靠近碳汇的枢纽管道输送能力可实现更优经济性.

This paper investigates the optimization of transportation modes within CCUS industrial clusters,proposes a novel linear programming model,analyzes transportation costs and routing configurations both with and without pipeline hubs,and develops a method for assessing the necessity of pipeline hub deployment.Quantitatively evaluating the economic feasibility of incorporating pipeline hubs in CCUS clusters provides a scientific basis for cluster planning.The research results indicate that the capture volume of carbon sources,the storage capacity of carbon sinks,and pipeline transportation capacity exert a significant influence on both transportation costs and mode selection,the economic viability of pipeline hubs improves considerably as capture volume increases,the coordinated alignment of capture volume,storage capacity,and pipeline capacity further enhances the feasibility of hub-based systems,and prioritizing pipeline capacity enhancements at the hub nearest to carbon sinks yields the most favorable economic outcomes.
