分布式储能(distributed energy storage,DES)作为重要调频资源备受关注.然而,现有DES聚合方法难以兼顾模型精度与温度、通信可靠性等多影响因素,且调频策略无法持续维持集群可调度潜力.为此,提出考虑多影响因素的DES聚合建模方法及双层一致性调频策略.首先,构建含荷电状态区间双层离散化、健康状态修正及温度辅链的双马尔科夫链聚合模型.其次,设计双层调控策略:上层按荷电状态分组初步分配电网调频指令;下层将同组DES视为多智能体系统,提出动态拓扑下基于固定时间比例一致性算法的次级功率分配策略,并从理论上证明算法的稳定性.最后,DES按功率指令进行响应,完成频率调节.

Distributed energy storage(DES)has garnered significant attention as a crucial frequency regulation resource.However,existing DES aggregation methods are difficult to compromise the model accuracy with multiple influencing factors such as temperature and communication reliability,and the frequency regulation strategy cannot consistently maintain the schedulable potential of the cluster.To address these issues,this paper proposes a DES aggregation modeling method with considering multiple influencing factors and a two-layer consistency-based frequency regulation strategy.First,a dual Markov chain aggregation model is constructed,incorporating SOC interval double-layer discretization,health state correction,and a temperature auxiliary chain.Second,a two-layer control strategy is designed as follows:the upper layer preliminarily allocates grid frequency regulation commands based on SOC grouping;the lower layer treats DES within the same group as a multi-agent system,a secondary power distribution strategy is proposed based on fixed-time proportion consistency algorithms under dynamic topology,and the algorithm stability is theoretically verified.Finally,DES responds according to the power command to achieve frequency regulation.
