为应对海上风电柔直送出系统工况复杂多变和多模态振荡共存问题,首先利用阻抗分析法揭示了直驱风电场与送端柔直间产生宽频振荡和多模态振荡的机理及关键影响因素;在此基础上,提出了一种基于人工智能的自适应宽频振荡抑制方法,该方法在柔直送端换流器的基本控制器中附加虚拟阻抗环路,通过离线训练以虚拟阻抗阻尼系数和系统运行工况为输入、系统相位裕度为输出的神经网络,并将其用于阻尼系数在线调整,结合宽频振荡分量快速检测,实现宽频振荡的自适应抑制.然后,将该方法进一步扩展到多模态振荡抑制中,基于多通道阻尼参数训练的神经网络完成多通道阻尼系数的在线调整.最后,通过仿真验证了所提宽频振荡自适应抑制方法的有效性.

To address the challenges posed by the complex and variable operation conditions,as well as the coexistence of multi-mode oscillation in offshore wind farms connected with modular multilevel converter based high-voltage DC(MMC-HVDC)transmission systems,the mechanism and the key influencing factors of the wideband oscillations of the permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)-based wind farm connected with MMC-HVDC were first revealed using the impedance analysis method.On this basis,an artificial intelligence-based adaptive method for suppressing wideband oscillations was then proposed,which integrates a virtual impedance loop into the basic controller of the send-ing-end MMC.By offline training a neural network that takes the damping coefficient of virtual impedance and system operating conditions as inputs and outputs the system's phase margin,this network is then applied for online adjustment of damping coefficients.Combined with rapid detection of wideband oscillations,adaptive suppression of wideband os-cillations is achieved.Furthermore,the method is extended to mitigate multi-mode oscillation by utilizing a neural network trained with multi-channel damping parameters,allowing for the online adjustment of multi-channel damping coefficients.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive wideband oscillation suppression method is verified by simulations.
