大规模深远海风电柔性直流输电技术综述OA
Review of VSC-HVDC Transmission Technology for Large Capacity Deep Offshore Wind Power
海上风电是未来全球新能源开发的主战场,且朝着大规模、集群化、深远海的趋势发展.柔性直流输电仍将是大规模深远海风电并网的主流输电方式和热点研究方向.为此,首先介绍了国内外海上风电柔直输电已投运、在建及规划重点工程的概况;其次,介绍了海风柔直输电系统直流典型拓扑、风场交流侧汇集、换流站关键电气设备及控制保护技术等,并对其研究现状及工程应用进行分析与总结;最后,指出了大规模深远海风电在柔直紧凑轻型化核心装备及海上平台研发、海陆一体直流输电系统组网及拓扑研究、宽频阻抗实时测量及振荡在线评估技术提升及其他新型输电技术探索等方面的发展方向和面临的挑战.
From the viewpoint of global new energy development,offshore wind power(OWP)is the main battlefield and is developing towards large-capacity,clustered,long-distance.Voltage source converter based high voltage direct current transmission(VSC-HVDC)is still the mainstream transmission method and hot research direction for large-capacity and long-distance wind power integrating.In this paper,firstly,overview of key projects in operation,construction in process,and planning of VSC-HVDC for OWP are introduced.Then,the typical DC topology,AC collection for offshore wind farms,key electrical equipment of converter stations,and the control and protection technology are introduced,and the research status and engineering applications are summarized.Finally,the development directions and challenges are pointed out,including the research and development in compact and lightweight key equipment and offshore platform of VSC-HVDC for large-capacity and long-distance OWP,the research on topology structure and networking technology of VSC-HVDC for OWP under offshore-onshore integration,real-time measurement of broadband impedance,improvement of oscillation online evaluation technology,exploration of other new transmission technologies,etc.
