在灯泡贯流式电站运行中,除了正常发电、增减负荷等工况外,还需具有发电转泄流功能.该文以灯泡贯流式水轮机组为探究对象,构建三维湍流模型,对飞逸过程进行非稳态湍流模拟,基于数值仿真研究过程中的水力特性和内部流场状态.结果表明,飞逸过程中各断面的主频为0.28 Hz低频压力脉动,尾水管断面脉动幅值较发电时上升20倍,飞逸开始后导叶及桨叶根部出现负压,产生脱流,机组不稳定性增大.研究结果可以为水轮机的设计及运行管理提供借鉴.

In the operation of bulb-type tubular power station,in addition to normal power generation,load increase and decrease and other working conditions,it must also have the function of power generation and flow discharge.This paper takes bulb-type tubular turbine unit as the research object,constructs a three-dimensional turbulence model,simulates the unsteady turbulence of the runaway process,and studies the hydraulic characteristics and internal flow field state of the process based on numerical simulation.The results show that the main frequency of each section during the runaway process is 0.28Hz low-frequency pressure pulsation,and the pulsation amplitude of the tailwater section increases 20 times compared with that during power generation.After the runaway begins,negative pressure appears at the root of the guide vane and blade,resulting in flow separation and increased unit instability.The research results can provide reference for the design and operation management of turbines.
