以韩江榕江练江水系连通后续优化工程为背景,针对软土地层中盾构隧洞地震安全性和抗震加固问题,采用数值模拟方法进行了盾构隧洞地震响应分析和洞内注浆加固方案研究.数值模拟结果表明,注浆加固能够有效减小隧洞的地震响应;随着注浆加固角度、加固深度和加固体等效弹性模量的增大,隧洞的地震响应均呈减小趋势.综合数值模拟结果和经济性,给出所选区段的建议注浆加固方案,即加固角度为120°、加固深度为3 m 和加固体弹性模量为300 MPa;根据建议的加固方案,配置了自密实净浆,并进行了现场注浆试验.

Based on the follow-up optimization project of Hanjiang-Rongjiang-Lianjiang River water system connection,the problem of seismic safety and seismic reinforcement of shield tunnel in soft soil stratum was addressed.In this paper,the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the seismic responses of the shield tunnel and the in-tunnel grouting reinforcement scheme was studied.The numerical simulation results showed that grouting reinforcement can effectively reduce the seismic responses of the tunnel.With the increase of grouting reinforcement angle,reinforcement depth and elastic modulus of the reinforced soil,the seismic response of the tunnel decreases.Based on the results of numerical simulation,the proposed grouting reinforcement scheme for the selected section was given,that is,the reinforcement angle is 120 °,the reinforcement depth is 3 meters,and the elastic modulus of the reinforced solid is 300MPa.According to the proposed reinforcement scheme,self-compacting motar was prepared and field grouting test was carried out.
