长碳链聚酰胺材料的结构性能关系及应用开发OA
The structure-property relationship and application developments of long-chain polyamides
长碳链聚酰胺是聚酰胺工程塑料的一个特殊品种,同常见的聚酰胺6和聚酰胺66相比,具有熔点较低、加工窗口较宽、吸湿率低、化学耐受性好、尺寸稳定性好的特性,综合力学性能优异,被广泛应用于汽车用管路系统和太阳能电池背板基膜等场景.我国长碳链聚酰胺实现了国产工业化以来,该材料在加工过程中的结构与性能演化、晶型转变与调控及其下游的应用性能开发等,都得到了长足的发展.本文将围绕长碳链聚酰胺的结构与性能关系研究,及其在纤维、薄膜、管材等领域的应用开发展开论述.同时,介绍了未来长碳链聚酰胺材料的发展需围绕其基本物理与化学性能进行深入系统的研究,在此基础上推进高性能化及功能化材料的开发.值得关注的是,长碳链聚酰胺弹性体在轻量化领域,特别是在微孔材料与气体选择性薄膜等新型功能材料中展现出良好的应用潜力.
Long-chain polyamide is a special type of polyamide engineering plastic.Compared with the common polyamide 6 and polyamide 66,it has the characteristics of lower melting point,wider processing window,lower moisture absorption rate,good chemical resistance,good dimen-sional stability,and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.It is widely used in automo-tive water and oil pipes and backsheet membrane for solar cells,and so on.Since the domestic in-dustrialization of long-chain polyamide was achieved in China several years ago,significant pro-gress has been made in the structural and performance evolution during processing,crystal form transformation and regulation,and the development of downstream application performance of this material.This paper focuses on the study of the relationship between the structure and prop-erties of long-chain polyamides,as well as their applications in fields such as fibers,films,and pipes.Meanwhile,the development of long-chain polyamide materials in the future was intro-duced,emphasizing the need for in-depth and systematic research on their fundamental physical and chemical properties.On this foundation,efforts should be made to advance the development of high-performance and functional materials.Notably,long-chain polyamide elastomers demonstrate promising application potential in lightweighting,particularly in novel functional materials such as microporous materials and gas-selective films.
