从微生物组学视角探讨抗菌纺织品的研发方向OA
Research and development directions of antibacterial textiles from the perspective of microbiomics
从微生物组学的视角出发,指出抗菌纺织品的抑菌对象不宜泛化,抑菌程度亦不应任意提高.应参考微生物组学的研究方法,系统分析不同抗菌处理方法下皮肤及纺织品表面的各种微生物的丰度变化,从中筛选出能显著降低典型致病菌丰度,同时对有益共生菌影响最小的抗菌剂及其施加工艺.抗菌纺织品应以卫生部发布的《人间传染的病原微生物名录》为依据,重点针对其中易引发浅层皮肤病且与纺织品密切相关的致病微生物为目标菌种实现靶向抗菌.在民用内衣袜品类抗菌纺织品领域,应着重抑制引发最常见皮肤病癣病的红色毛癣菌等致病微生物.为此,需深入探究该类病原微生物在纤维制品上的附着机制,并系统研究纳米结构矩阵表面的靶向抗菌机理,在此基础上研发民用、医用和军警特殊防护用抗菌纺织品,拓展抗菌纺织品的特殊应用领域.
From the perspective of microbiomics,it is pointed out that the antibacterial targets of anti-bacterial textiles should not be generalized,and the antibacterial degree should not arbitrarily increase.The research methods of microbiomics should be referred to,and the abundance changes of various mi-croorganisms on the skin and textile surfaces under different antibacterial treatment methods should be systematically analyzed.From this,antibacterial agents and their application processes that can signifi-cantly reduce the abundance of typical pathogenic bacteria while having the least impact on beneficial symbiotic bacteria should be selected.Antibacterial textiles should be based on the List of Pathogenic Microorganisms Infecting Humans issued by the Ministry of Health,targeting specific pathogenic micro-organisms that are prone to cause superficial skin diseases and closely related to textiles for targeted anti-bacterial.In the field of antibacterial textiles for civilian underwear and socks,the pathogenic microorgan-isms that cause the most common skin disease,tinea,such as Trichophyton rubrum,should be targeted for inhibition.To this end,the attachment mechanism of these pathogenic microorganisms on fiber prod-ucts needs to be deeply explored,and the targeted antibacterial mechanism of the nano-structured matrix surface should be systematically studied.On this basis,civilian,medical,and special protective antibac-terial textiles for military and police use should be developed to expand the special application fields of antibacterial textiles.
