纺织热生物工程(TTB)是一个新兴的交叉学科领域,它运用物理、化学和计算科学来设计和制造能够与人体体温调节系统、热舒适性和个人热管理实现最佳交互的材料和纺织产品.该领域专注于建立系统热湿传递科学理论,从分子和纳米尺度材料到纺织产品以及人体-服装-建筑环境-气候/外太空热环境生态系统,旨在维持人体热平衡,预防热应激或冷应激,并促进身心健康.多尺度建模、热功能设计CAD、先进热功能和智能材料、测试方法和标准以及热功能CAD、数字孪生和人工智能技术的进步,已将纺织科学研究领域转变为连接人体生理学、材料科学、纺织工程和环境可持续性的综合性生物工程跨学科领域.本综述总结了从基础理论、建模和仿真、测试方法和标准热CAD软件到材料创新在日常气候适应性服装、运动、生物医学、消防、建筑施工、汽车和火车等交通工具以及太空飞行器等领域的最新进展,并重点介绍了纺织热生物工程与信息学面临的挑战及未来发展方向.

Textile thermal bioengineering(TTB)is an emerging interdisciplinary field that applies physi-cal,chemical,and computational sciences to design and engineer materials and textile products that inter-act optimally with the human thermoregulatory system,thermal comfort and personal thermal manage-ment.It focuses on developing systematic scientific understanding on the heat and moisture transfer mechanisms from molecular and nano scale materials to textile products and human-clothing-built envi-ronment-climatic/outer space thermal environmental ecosystem,aiming to maintain thermal equilibrium of human body,prevent heat or cold stress,and promote wellbeing and health.Advances in multiscale modelling,thermal functional CAD,advanced thermal functional and smart materials,testing methods and standards,and thermal functional design CAD,digital twin and AI technologies have transformed a textile science field into an integrated bioengineering cross-disciplinary field that bridges material science,textile engineering with human physiology and environmental sustainability.This review summarizes the state of the art from fundamental theory,modelling and simulation,testing methods and standards ther-mal CAD software to material innovations for applications in daily climate-adaptive clothing,sports,bio-medical,firefighting,building and construction,transport means such as cars and trains to spacecraft,and highlights the challenges and future direction toward textile thermal bioengineering and informatics.
