基于表面增强拉曼光谱快速检测面粉中的脱氢乙酸钠OA

为了研究脱氢乙酸钠的拉曼光谱及其分子的形态化学键间的振动模式,采用密度泛函理论进行理论计算,并对其拉曼谱峰进行解析,通过考察不同含量的柠檬酸钠的加入量和不同的加热时间进行银溶胶制作条件的优化,定性研究脱氢乙酸钠加标在面粉中的表面增强拉曼位移.通过检测,发现脱氢乙酸钠的固体标准品在 358、631、1 260、1 404、1 660、2 928 cm-1 处具有明显的拉曼特征峰.通过优化银溶胶的配制条件,检测不同含量面粉的混合样品,脱氢乙酸钠在面粉中的最低检测限在 0.1%.对脱氢乙酸钠加标在面粉中的增强拉曼光谱采用预处理方法,结合化学计量法,建立最佳的偏最小二乘法模型,实现了面粉中脱氢乙酸钠的快速检测.

In order to study the Raman spectrum of sodium dehydroacetate and the vibrational mode between its molecular chemical bonds,the density functional theory was used to calculate and analyze the Raman spectrum peaks.The preparation conditions of silver sol were optimized by different dosages of sodium citrate and different heating durations.Additionally,the surface-enhanced Raman shift of sodium dehydroacetate in flour was qualitatively studied.Detection results showed that the solid standard of sodium dehydroacetate had obvious Raman characteristic peaks at 358,631,1 260,1 404,1 660,2 928 cm-1.By optimizing the preparation conditions of silver sol,the minimum detection limit of sodium dehydroacetate in flour was 0.1%.The enhanced Raman spectra of sodium dehydroacetate spiked in flour were pretreated and combined with stoichiometry to establish the best partial least squares model which realized the rapid detection of sodium dehydroacetate in flour.
