温度与加载频率对人工软骨弹簧材料损耗因子的影响分析OA

对 4 种不同密度的人工软骨弹簧材料(ASF)开展了动态力学试验,分析了密度、温度及加载频率对ASF试块在不同环境条件下损耗因子的影响规律.研究结果表明:在高温与高频条件下,高密度ASF表现出显著降低的损耗因子.高密度能有效抑制损耗因子随频率与温度升高的波动,使损耗因子-频率响应曲线趋于平缓,减小了损耗因子随频率升高的增幅;同时降低了损耗因子-温度响应对温度升高的敏感性.

Dynamic mechanical tests were conducted on four types of artificial cartilage spring foam materials(ASF)with different densities to investigate the effects of density,temperature,and frequency on the loss factor of ASF specimens under varying environmental conditions.The results demonstrate that under high-temperature and high-frequency conditions,high-density ASF exhibits a significantly reduced loss factor.Moreover,higher density effectively suppresses the fluctuation of the loss factor with increasing frequency and temperature,leading to a flattened loss factor with frequency response curve and a diminished increase in the loss factor as frequency rises.Simultaneously,it reduces the sensitivity of the loss factor-temperature response to elevated temperatures.
