基于全分布式洪涝模型的城市竖向规划研究OA
Research on urban vertical planning based on a fully distributed flood model
基于Infoworks ICM构建全分布式城市洪涝模型,以广州市沙河涌流域为研究对象,系统分析内涝成因,重点从城市竖向规划视角探究城市规划阶段如何有效防治洪涝灾害,提出并分析了三种"排水管网与竖向规划"协同优化方案的防涝效果.研究结果表明:城市内涝问题难以仅靠完善排水管网根本解决,科学合理的竖向规划是防治内涝的关键举措;而由于局部竖向调整可能增加区域排水系统的整体风险,因此,将内涝防治目标融入城市竖向规划,对于减轻洪涝灾害、提升城市韧性具有重要意义.
Taking the Shahe River basin in Guangzhou City as the research area,a fully distributed urban flood model was constructed based on Infoworks ICM.This study systematically analyses the causes of urban waterlogging and explores,from the perspective of urban vertical planning,how to effectively prevent and control flood disasters during the urban planning stage.Three collaborative optimisation schemes integrating"drainage network and vertical planning"were proposed,and their flood control effectiveness was analysed.The results indicate that the urban waterlogging cannot be fundamentally addressed solely by improving the drainage network alone;scientific and rational vertical planning is a key measure for waterlogging prevention and control.However,as local vertical adjustments may increase the overall risk to the regional drainage system,integrating flood prevention and control objectives into urban vertical planning is of great significance for mitigating flood disasters and enhancing urban resilience.
