提质努力发酵食品供应链的协调策略研究OA

Fermented foods are highly popular among consumers and boast enormous potential for industrial development;however,the development of their supply chains is confronted with numerous challenges.This paper studies the decision-making issues in the fermented food supply chain.By adopting the differential game theory,a profit maximization model for the supply chain is constructed.The optimal quality improvement efforts and optimal quality levels of the supply chain under centralized and decentralized decision-making modes are derived respectively.Moreover,the fermented food supply chain is coordinated and optimized by designing revenue-sharing contracts and cost-sharing contracts.The analysis shows that a decrease in the cost coefficient of quality improvement efforts and an increase in consumers'preference for quality levels are conducive to the improvement of supply chain profits.The revenue-sharing contract can only enable the profits of supply chain members to exceed those under the decentralized decision-making mode;whereas under certain conditions,the cost-sharing contract can make the overall profit of the supply chain surpass that under the centralized decision-making mode,and the profits of all supply chain members increase,thus achieving Pareto optimality of the supply chain.
